Bonjour à Tous, My name is Monique Shefer and I'm a life coach specialising in Grand Adventures and Big Moves.

I live a fabulous life in a magical old chateau in the South West of France, where I moved with my family in 2022.  Having migrated from California to France in 2021,  London to California in 1996 and Johannesburg to London in 1977,  (although I was only along for the ride on that one).  I am a global citizen and believe that life is meant to be a grand adventure.

 

As a coach I help you develop clarity about your next steps, your blocks and potential.  Supporting you as you expand your horizons, stretch your wings and take flight.

My coaching expertise ranges from corporate, to spiritual, encompassing event planning, home schooling, neuro divergence, home and permaculture.

As a mentor I assist with the nitty gritty details of what you need to work on to get where you are going. Providing resources for your exploration into self, cultures, visas, language learning and more.
