Bonjour à Tous, My name is Monique Shefer and I'm a life coach specialising in Grand Adventures and Big Moves.

I live a fabulous life in a magical old chateau in the South West of France, where I moved with my family in 2022.  Having migrated from California to France in 2021,  London to California in 1996 and Johannesburg to London in 1977,  (although I was only along for the ride on that one).  I am a global citizen and believe that life is meant to be a grand adventure.

​

I have founded three businesses and sold two. I've worked in events, software, the arts, self development and education.  I'm certified as a yoga teacher, meditation instructor, chi gung instructor, chi nei sung and trigger point therapist, and as a life and business coach. I'm also an artist, poet, cook, writer, permaculturist, herbalist and homeschooling mother.

My coaching expertise includes Entrepreneurship, Spiritual growth, Health and Healing, Migration and Parenting Neurodivergence.

As a guide and teacher I assist with the details of what you need to work on to get where you are going. Providing resources for your exploration into self awareness, spiritual development, ethics, homeschooling and more.
