So, in Costa Rica you don’t go to a private site — you use MOPT / Educación Vial (mopt.go.cr) for process + exams,

 

COSEVI (csv.go.cr) for requirements and points, and

 

BCR (bancobcr.com) to actually get or renew the physical licence card.
